HP LeftHand Event

HP LeftHand Event

Today i was invited to the HP LeftHand Event here @SP. It’s always nice to see and hear about news on the Storage world, and i really like HP hardware. I do remember the first Windows Servers i did manage, all running on HP hardware, ECC memories… old times. No hardware problems, and a lot of software problems. Now, the problems are just the inverse. Funny.
The event was in a very nice place here in SP, and we did hear about HP LeftHand P4000 SAN solutions Family, HP StorageWorks Enterprise Virtual Array Family (EVA), and SAN Virtualization Services Platform (SVSP).
The LeftHand Networks was a company that HP did buy, and the software is SAN iQ which was demonstrated in the event too. Well, besides the news for HP, nothing new under the sun (nothing to do with the company ;-).
